<br />DES:c <br /> <br />03/22/89 (037/24) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. The authority conferred upon the City Manager pursuant <br /> <br /> <br />to paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 10820, adopted July 11, 1988, to <br /> <br />execute the Agreement (described and entitled in said paragraph 3 <br /> <br /> <br />as "Agreement") is hereby rescinded, and the performance of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City pursuant to said Agreement is hereby <br /> <br />terminated in contemplation of the respective and mutual <br /> <br /> <br />recission of authority to execute the Agreement and to terminate <br /> <br /> <br />performance thereunder by all other parties thereto. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />transmit certified copies of this resolution to the County of San <br /> <br />Mateo, the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District, and <br /> <br /> <br />the Fox Hollow Homeowner's Association, in care of R.
