<br />Exhibi t "A" <br /> <br />(complementing their full-time Transportation Program) will be <br />provided as defined in the Summary of Program Requirements and the <br />AAA Transportation Policy. A minimum of 135 unduplicated seniors <br />will be served for a total of 5,395 units of service. <br /> <br />Management of a Congregate Nutrition site will be provided as <br />defined by the California Department of Aging and Area Agency on <br />Aging Policy. A minimum of 600 unduplicated seniors will be <br />served a meal for a total of 14,000 meals served. Nutrition <br />Education will be provided for a minimum of 12 units of service. <br />The Area Agency on Aging will pay for the cost of meals served <br />under separate contract. Project income collected for this <br />portion of the program will be submitted to the Area Agency on <br />Aging with the Monthly Expenditure Report. <br /> <br />-8- <br />
