<br />DES:djk 08/01/89 (006/26) <br />DES:dj 08/07/89R <br /> <br />pertaining thereto were fully heard and considered by this <br /> <br />Council; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby finds, determines and orders as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />(a) The owners of more than 1/2 of the area of the property <br /> <br />in the Seaport Boulevard Landscape Maintenance District in the <br /> <br />Ci ty of Redwood City subj ect to special benefit assessments to <br /> <br />pay the costs and expenses of maintaining and operating the local <br /> <br />public improvements described in the above-mentioned Resolution <br /> <br />No. 10560 did, at or prior to the time fixed for the <br /> <br />above-mentioned hearing, file written protests against the levy <br /> <br />of said assessments pursuant to Ordinance No. 1895. <br /> <br />(b) All written protests, objections and other written <br /> <br />communications were publicly read at said hearing and all persons <br /> <br />desiring to be heard were fully heard. <br /> <br />(c) Subsequent to filing the aforesaid protests, the Report <br /> <br />was revised in certain particulars and thereafter all protests <br /> <br />theretofore filed were withdrawn. <br /> <br />(d) No written or oral protests or other objections were <br /> <br />made with respect to the aforesaid revised Report or to any <br /> <br />assessments therein specified. <br /> <br />(e) The <br /> <br />above-mentioned <br /> <br />revised <br /> <br />Report <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />revised <br /> <br />assessment roll, and each of the revised assessments therein <br /> <br />shall be, and they are hereby, approved, confirmed and adopted. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />11099 <br />
