All work contemplated hereunder shall be performed in a good and <br />workmanlike manner to the satisfaction of the parties hereto. Any <br />portion shall be properly commenced by the party hereto obligated <br />to do same and, thereafter, diligently prosecuted to conclusion in <br />its logical order and sequence. <br /> <br />Q.
