<br />CES:mmg C Ol/~~ (f41/Ul~) <br /> <br />Exhibit II A" <br /> <br />GRANT OF REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br />SHANNON WAY PLAYGROUND <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. <br /> <br />of the <br /> <br />Council of the City of Redwood City, adopted <br /> <br />, 1989, <br /> <br />permission <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />granted <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />HASEKO-JDO <br /> <br />ASSOCIATES <br /> <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Permittee"), for the sole purpose of <br /> <br />storage and staging of construction materials on a portion of the <br /> <br />future Shannon Way Playground, located at Shannon Way and Davit <br /> <br />Lane (hereinafter referred to as "Subj ect Premises"), owned by <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City (hereinafter referred to as "City"), <br /> <br />which property is more particularly described in "Exhibit A" <br /> <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />This permit is granted subject to the following terms and <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />PERMIT REVOCABLE. <br /> <br />This permit does not constitute a <br /> <br />deed, grant of easement, lease, conveyance or transfer of any <br /> <br />property interest and is revocable without cause at any time at <br /> <br />the will of the Council of the City of Redwood City, effective <br /> <br />immediately upon giving thirty (30) days prior notice of such <br /> <br />revocation to Permittee at Haseko-JDO Associates, Westshore <br /> <br />Business Park, 240 A Twin Dolphin Drive, California 94065. <br /> <br />2. CITY RIGHTS. City reserves the right to have unlimited <br /> <br />access to the Subject Premises or any part thereof for any <br /> <br />municipal or public purpose. Such right shall include, but not <br /> <br />be limited to, the authority to perform necessary maintenance of <br /> <br />11129 <br />
