<br />CES:rnmg 07/25/89 (#25/043) <br /> <br />South County Fire Protection Authority, desire to enter into a new <br />agreement to provide response to life and property threatening <br />calls subject to specific conditions including reimbursement by <br />the City of Redwood City for the cost thereof; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain agreement by and between the City of <br />Redwood City and South County Fire Protection Authority, <br />entitled "Agreement" a copy of which is on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1.1130 <br />
