Permittee shall carefully <br /> <br />install said improvements in such manner as not to damage, <br /> <br />interfere with, or obstruct the use of City-owned real property <br /> <br />not included in this permit adjacent to and abutting the Subject <br /> <br />Premises. <br /> <br />If Permittee so damages, interferes with, or obstructs the <br />use of City-owned real property not included in this permit, <br />Permi ttee shall bear all costs and expense thereby incurred by <br />said City, agents, employees, contractors, or subcontractors, and <br />Permittee shall reimburse said City, agents, employees, <br />contractors or subcontractors for such cost and expense of City <br />upon demand by City. Permittee further acknowledges and agrees <br /> <br /> <br />that in the event of removal, damage, destruction or otherwise <br /> <br /> <br />altering of the condition of said improvements by third parties, <br /> <br /> <br />Permittee shall reconstruct, reinstall, and repair said <br /> <br /> <br />improvements at its own cost and expense upon request of City so <br /> <br />to do. <br /> <br /> <br />7. OWNERSHIP OF IMPROVEMENTS. Permittee hereby <br />acknowledges and agrees that once the improvements described in <br />"Expanded Outline", Exhibit "A", are made at the Fair Oaks <br />Community Center, ownership and title to said improvements shall <br />be vested in the City of Redwood City and Redwood City Child <br />Development Center waives any and all rights to title or <br />possession of said improvements. <br /> <br />3 <br />
