<br />CES:mmg "'/27/89 (#41/010) <br /> <br />(b) Property damage insurance <br />$1,000,000. <br /> <br />in the amount of <br /> <br />A certificate or certificates evidencing the maintenance of <br /> <br />the required insurance shall be deposited with the City Clerk <br /> <br />prior to any use of the Subject Premises by Permittee. In <br /> <br />addition to the aforesaid certificates, the Permittee shall file <br /> <br />with the City Clerk the following endorsements: <br /> <br />(a) Endorsement precluding cancellation or reduction <br />in coverage before the expiration of 30 days after <br />City shall have received any notification thereof <br />from the insurance carrier; <br /> <br />(b) Endorsement naming the City of Redwood City, its <br />Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents and <br />employees as additional insureds; <br /> <br />(c) Standard cross liability endorsement; <br /> <br />(d) An endorsement stating that the insurance afforded <br />thereby to City, its Council, officers, boards, <br />commissions, agents, and employees shall be <br />primary insurance to the full limits of the <br />liability of the policy, and that if City, its, <br />Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents, <br />and employees have other insurance against a loss <br />covered by such a policy, such other insurance <br />shall be excess insurance only. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />ABANDONMENT OF IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />In the event that <br /> <br />Permittee abandons or fails to use the Subject Premises for a <br /> <br />period of one year, or shall fail or neglect or refuse to comply <br /> <br />with any of the conditions herein contained, or in the event that <br /> <br />this permission shall be revoked, then all rights of the <br /> <br />Permittee hereunder shall forthwith cease and terminate. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />SUCCESSORS. <br /> <br />The terms and conditions hereof shall be <br /> <br />binding upon and be for the benefit of the successors in interest <br /> <br />of Permittee, assigns, transferees, heirs, or grantees of <br /> <br />Permittee. <br /> <br />5 <br />
