Agreement No. RM- <br />Sheet 2 of 2 <br /> <br />IV~ Caltrans shall competitively procure feeder shuttle <br />services and shall award to the lowest responsive and <br />responsible bidder except that Caltrans may, at its <br />sole option and for any reason, cancel the <br />aforementioned demonstration project prior to <br />initiation and return to the City all funds transmitted <br />to Caltrans for purposes of supporting that project. <br /> <br />V. Caltrans agrees to provide City with a quarterly <br />report, which shall include ridership information, <br />during the life of the demonstration project. Caltrans <br />reserves the right, at its sole option and for any <br />reason, to cancel the demonstration project at any <br />time. A portion of the funds provided by City, <br />prorated to the time remaining in the demonstration <br />project, shall be returned to City in the event <br />Caltrans exercises its right to cancel during the life <br />of the project. <br /> <br />VI.
