Special Considerations. Special <br /> <br />considerations <br /> <br />should be given to land uses that are lower vehicle <br /> <br />trip generators. <br /> <br />3. Site Specific Plans For Access Required. <br />Site specific building plan with details regarding <br /> <br />access and circulation for the proposed new uses <br /> <br />shall be provided by developers in order to assess <br /> <br />traffic access, circulation and parking impacts as <br /> <br />well as potential impacts on Caltrans, Southern <br /> <br />lO <br /> <br />11190 <br />
