On March 11, 1996, at 7:30 p.m., at the Board of Supervisors <br />Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall Street, Redwood City, <br />California, is stated to be the time and place for hearing objections by persons <br />interested in the amendments to the terms of the underground utility district. <br /> <br /> 5.
