Every application shall be accompanied by the following: <br /> A. Three (3) copies of the plot plan of the proposed site. The plan shall be drawn <br /> to scale, with lot, building and yard dimensions indicated. The plan shall show <br /> existing and proposed structures, driveways, sewer laterals and easements. <br /> B. A nonrefundable application fee as established by resolution of the City <br /> Council. <br /> C. An inspection fee as established by resolution of the City Council. <br /> 9.26. - NOTICE TO BE POSTED BY APPLICANT ON BUILDING PROPOSED TO BE <br /> MOVED: <br /> The applicant for the permit pursuant to this Article shall, within three (3) days <br /> subsequent to the filing of his application, post a notice in a conspicuous place upon the <br /> building to be moved and at the site to which it is to be moved. The notice shall be in the <br /> form approved by the Building Official and shall contain the following information: <br /> A. The name, address, and telephone number of the appiicant. <br /> B. A description of the type of building to be moved. <br /> C. The present location of the building. <br /> D. The proposed location. <br /> 9.27. — FINDINGS AND CONDITIONS FOR PERMIT TO MOVE BUILDING <br /> No permit shall be granted unless the Building Official finds that the granting of such <br /> permit as provided by this Article will not under the circumstances of the particular case <br /> be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to property or improvements. The <br /> building Official may impose such conditions on the permit required by this Article as <br /> s/he deems necessary to protect the public health, safety and general welfare. <br /> In addition to any other appropriate conditions, the Building Official may impose <br /> conditions relating to the following matters: <br /> A. The route over which the building may be moved. <br /> B. The dates and times during which the building may be moved. <br /> C. The supervision and safety precautions to be employed while the building is <br /> being moved, including the requiring of the deposit of fees for electricians, <br /> police escort or other personnel necessary to facilitate the movement. <br /> D. The condition of the site from which the building is proposed to be moved, if <br /> within the City. <br /> E. The number of days for which the permit will be valid. In no event shall a <br /> permit be valid for more than six (6) months. <br /> 9.28. - INSPECTION BY BUILDING OFFICIAL: <br /> Upon filing of an application pursuant to Section 9.24, the Building Official shall inspect <br /> the building and shall determine on its structural condition and whether in it appears <br /> sufficiently sound to be moved without endangering persons or property. <br /> 9.29. BOND REQUIRED: <br /> No building moving permit granted by the Building Official shall be effective until the <br /> applicant submits a bond in an amount of established by Council resolutions and <br /> conditioned upon the applicanYs compliance with all the terms of this Article and with the <br /> terms and conditions of the permit granted. <br /> ATTY/ORD.362/AMENDING MUNI CODE APPEAL <br /> REV: 12/13/17 <br /> Page 4 of 17 <br />
