ORDINANCE NO. 2407 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING DIVISION 4 OF ARTICLE VII OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO PARKING IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council adopts the following findings: A. The City Council regularly suspends parking meter rates on holidays and for major city festivals; B. Adopting approved holidays and events will increase staff efficiency
