ISSUANCE—AUTHORITY OF CITY ENGINEER ; <br /> LIMITATION ON NUMBER: <br /> The City En,qineer GeNes�e� is hereby authorized to issue temporary parking meter <br /> �nermits for temporary loadinq and unloading zones, courtesy pre- <br /> paid parkinq spaces, and/or temporarv construction zones to persons owning or <br /> occupying property, or licensed contractors performing work on property, adjacent to <br /> parking spaces located within a parking meter zone. Not more than one such permit <br /> �iee� shall be issued in connection with any one business enterprise at anv 4iven time: <br /> however, the permit may desiqnate as manv parking spaces as deemed necessarv bv <br /> the Citv Engineer. <br /> Sec. 20.161. ISSUANCE—CONDITIONS PREREQUISITE: <br /> Q.erL�T�TP.t z�►�k�ee��Temporarv parking meter permits shall only be <br /> issued by the City Enqineer 6e�les�e� after due application as provided in this Division <br /> when traffic and parking conditions indicate that there is a need to limit the parking � <br /> the qeneral public during certain specified dates and times in certain parking areas <br /> within a #�ie parking meter zone for the purpose of allowing construction activitv, <br /> merchandise or materials to be loaded and unloaded, or temporary parkinq to <br /> accommodate the adjacent property . <br /> Sec. 20.162. APPLICATION—FORM; INFORMATION REQUIRED: <br /> Application for the issuance of a temporarv parking meter permit <br /> �epe-k�ee� shall be made on a form approved by the City En,qineer Ge�les�e�, and shall <br /> require the following information: <br /> A. Name and address of applicant and the place of business for which the <br />' application is beinq submitted . <br /> B. A statement of the reasons for the need for a temporary parkinq meter <br /> permit . <br /> C. The dates, times and parkinq space meter number(s) for which the <br /> temporary parking meter permit is beinq repuested T�° °°+����ed "-T,^��� �'°., <br /> D. Such other relevant information as the City Engineer 6e41es�e� may <br /> require. <br /> Sec. 20.163.
