ORDINANCE NO. 2410 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING CHAPTER 41 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council adopts the following findings: A. The Federal Emergency Administration (FEMA) produces Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs) and manages the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), of which the City of Redwood City is a participant; and

All new subdivisions proposals and other proposed development, includinq <br /> proposals for manufactured home parks and subdivisions, greater than 50 lots or <br /> 5 acres� whichever is the lesser, shall: <br /> 1. Identi the Special Flood Hazard Areas (SFHA) and Base Flood <br /> Elevations (BFE). <br /> 2.
