This adoption of this ordinance is categorically exempt from CEQA <br />pursuant to Section 15061(b) (3), as it is not a project which has the potential for causing <br />a significant effect on the environment. <br />SECTION 7. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty days after <br />adoption but the effective date of Subsection (e) of Section 903.2.13 is July 1, 2022, as <br />set forth in the amendment. <br />SECTION 8.
