4/24/00 <br /> specified in ._a "Highway Capacity Manual", _ published by the <br /> <br /> Transportation Research Board, Special Report 209 (latest edition). <br /> <br /> 18.247.19 "Mandatory or Required Right-of-way Dedications and/or Roadway <br /> Improvements" means noncompensated dedications and/or roadway <br /> improvements required by the City or by other appropriate authority with <br /> respect to a Development. <br /> <br /> 18.247.20 "Multi-Dwelling Unit" means any Dwelling Unit which is not a Single- <br /> Dwelling Unit. <br /> <br /> 18.247.21 "Office Uses" means any office uses, including without limitation, research <br /> <br /> and development uses. <br /> <br /> 18.247.22 "Other Uses" means warehouse, light and general industrial uses. <br /> <br /> 18.247.23 "PM Peak Hour" means the 60-minute period between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 <br /> p.m. which experiences the highest volume of traffic on a roadway or <br /> passing through an intersection. <br /> <br /> 18.247.24 "PM Peak Hour Trips" means the total vehicular trips entering or leaving a <br /> Development during the PM Peak Hour from or to the adjacent roadway. <br /> <br /> 18.247.25 "PM Peak Hour Trip Generation Rate" means the trip generation rate per <br /> unit of Development, as specified in the Trip Generation Manual, <br /> published by the Institute of Transportation Engineers (latest edition), or <br /> that determined by an Independent Trip Generation Calculation Study <br /> approved by the Administrator. <br /> <br />Sh/Councll/Ord ] 0 <br />Ord-105 <br />FXS/ss <br />0~/2~/00 <br />DES:rg:O4/1 ~/OOR; O4/17/0OR <br /> <br /> 2191 <br /> <br /> <br />
