4/24/00 <br /> 18.247.26 "Single Dwellir~Jnit" means a Dwelling Unit in a D ._~,lopment that has a <br /> <br /> land use density of between one (1) and fifteen (15) Dwelling Units per <br /> acre, irrespective of whether the Dwelling Unit is detached or attached to <br /> other units. For example, a mobile home is a Single-Dwelling Unit. <br /> <br /> 18.247.27 "Site-Related Improvements" are Capital Improvements and right-of-way <br /> dedications for direct access to, and/or for traffic circulation within, a <br /> Development. Direct access improvements include, but are not limited to, <br /> the following: <br /> <br /> a. Access roads leading to the Development; <br /> b. Driveways and roads within the Development; <br /> c. Acceleration and deceleration lanes and right- and left-turn lanes <br /> <br /> leading to such roads and driveways; <br /> <br /> d. Traffic-control measures for such roads and driveways; and <br /> <br /> e. Curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and parking lanes adjacent to the <br /> <br /> Development. <br /> <br /> 18.247.28 "Square Foot" means every square foot of Floor Area as defined in the <br /> "Trip Generation Manual," published by the Institute of Transportation <br /> Engineers (latest edition) for the purpose of calculating traffic generation. <br /> The Building Code, as adopted e~nd amended from time to time by the <br /> City, shall be used for determining the square foot area of any <br /> Development which cannot be calculated by using the definition in the Trip <br /> Generation Manual. <br /> <br />Sh/Council/Ord ] ] <br />Ord-105 <br />FXS/ss <br />0~28~00 <br /> <br /> 2191 <br /> <br /> <br />
