4/24/00 <br /> 18.247.29 'q'ransportatio~.._~ emand Management" means me~ _ .'es and techniques <br /> <br /> designed to reduce single-occupant vehicle travel and encourage the use <br /> of transit, carpooling, vanpooling, walking, bicycling, telecommuting and <br /> other ways of eliminating P.M. Peak Hour vehicle-trips. Transportation <br /> Demand Management includes, but is not limited to, provision of shuttle <br /> buses, park and ride lots, preferential parking spaces, subsidized transit <br /> fares, guaranteed ride home programs, alternative modes of commute <br /> information, and the administration and coordination of transportation <br /> demand management programs. <br /> <br /> 18.247.30 '"l'ransportation Demand Management Coordinator' means that person <br /> designated by the Administrator whose responsibilities, in part or in whole, <br /> include the preparations, administration or coordination of Transportation <br /> Demand Management programs and measures for the City. <br /> <br /> Section 18.248 - Imposition and Payment of Transportation Impact Fee: <br /> <br /> A. Impact Fees shall be established as set forth in resolution of the Council and <br /> maintained on file in the office of the Administrator. The fee shall be collected <br /> from every Applicant for a Development that increases PM Peak Hour Trips. <br /> <br /> B.
