ORDINANCE NO. 2198 INTERIM URGENCY ORDINANCE PROHIBITING OFFICE DEVELOPMENT ON PARCELS OF PROPERTY ONE ACRE OR LARGER WITHIN THE "CG" (GENERAL COMMERCIAL), "CG- R" (GENERAL COMMERCIAL-RESIDENTIAL COMBINING), "CB" (CENTRAL BUSINESS), AND "CN" (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) ZONING DISTRICTS IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY The Council of Redwood City does ordain as follows: Section 1. Section 4. Exclusion. Notwithstanding the provisions of this ordinance <br />to the contrary, office developments, if any, which prior to July 1, 2000, have <br />been approved pursuant to a specific plan, development agreement, disposition <br />and development agreement, or by other agreement duly entered into by the City <br />which provides for, or allows the development or use of, a parcel or parcels one <br />acre or larger for offices within the Affected Districts shall be exempt from the <br />provisions hereof. <br /> <br /> Section 5. Implementation. The City Manager, Director of Community <br />Development, Chief Building Official, Zoning Administrator, and all other officers <br />and employees of the City having authority with the issuance or approval of land <br />use entitlements affected hereby are hereby authorized and directed to <br />implement the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 6. Supercession. Any and all ordinances, resolutions, <br />directives or other regulations, or portions thereof, in conflict with the provisions <br />of this ordinance are hereby superceded, and the provisions hereof shall govern <br />and prevail over such conflicting matters. <br /> <br /> Section 7. Effective Date.
