ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE XV, SECTION 18.253 TO CHAPTER 18 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO EXEMPTIONS AND CREDITS TO THE TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEES FOR USES EXCEPT PROFESSIONAL, MEDICAL, BUSINESS AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE USES WITHIN A CERTAIN DEFINED DOWNTOWN AREA.

public utilities or other activities when the service rendered is that customarily <br /> associated with office services. <br /> <br /> Administrative Office: An office for the rendering of service or general <br /> administration, but not including retail sales. <br /> <br /> B. Credits. <br /> <br /> 1. Credit shall not be given for Site-Related Improvements, right-of-way <br /> dedications providing paved access to the Development or payments to <br /> special assessment or taxing districts, except as provided in Subdivision A.5, <br /> above. <br /> <br /> 2. Credits for an Applicant's construction of a Capital Improvement included in <br /> the Impact Fee Schedule shall be given when the construction is completed <br /> and accepted by the appropriate governmental body. <br /> <br /> 3. Any claim for credit must be made no later than the time of application for a <br /> building permit or other entitlement for the Development. Any claim not so <br /> made shall be deemed waived. <br /> <br /> 4.
