Credits. <br /> <br /> 1. Credit shall not be given for Site-Related Improvements, right-of-way <br /> dedications providing paved access to the Development or payments to <br /> special assessment or taxing districts, except as provided in Subdivision A.5, <br /> above. <br /> <br /> 2. Credits for an Applicant's construction of a Capital Improvement included in <br /> the Impact Fee Schedule shall be given when the construction is completed <br /> and accepted by the appropriate governmental body. <br /> <br /> 3. Any claim for credit must be made no later than the time of application for a <br /> building permit or other entitlement for the Development. Any claim not so <br /> made shall be deemed waived. <br /> <br /> 4.
