It is also visible from the public <br /> I trails along the southern perimeter of the Redwood Shores neigh- <br /> borhood. <br /> I <br /> 1 The northernmost point of the Precise Plan Area, Outer Pete's Har- <br /> bor, is approximately one mile from Broadway "as the crow flies." <br /> ¡ However, US 101 and the pattern of development in between cre- <br /> ates the impression that the distance is much greater. Whipple Av- <br /> enue is the only road connection to the Precise Plan Area from the <br /> rest of Redwood City. <br /> 1 <br /> I Circulation and Transportation Conditions <br /> I Access to the Precise Plan Area is limited to the Whipple Avenue / US )I <br /> 101 interchange and East Bayshore Road, as noted above.
