No.2030 ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 10.2 THROUGH 10.9, INCLUSIVE, OF CHAPTER 10 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO EMERGENCY AND DISASTER RELIEF THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION l. Sections 10.2 through 10.9, inclusive, of the Code of the City of Redwood City are hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 10.2. Definitions. For purposes of this Chapter, the following words or terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed thereto: 'Curfew' means a prohibition against any person or persons

Disaster Advisory Committee Powers and <br />Duties. <br /> It shall be the duty of the Disaster Advisory Committee to <br />advise, assist in developing, and recommend for adoption by the <br />City Council, emergency and mutual aid plans and agreements and <br />such ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations as are <br />necessary to implement and coordinate such plans and <br />agreements. The Disaster Advisory Committee shall meet upon <br />call of the Chairperson or, in his or her absence from the city <br />or inability to call such meeting, upon call of the Acting <br />Chairperson. <br /> "Section 10.5. Director of Emergency Services and <br />Emergency Operations Manager. <br /> ( a) The office of the Director of Emergency Services is <br /> hereby established.
