The conveyance of title to those properties within the Project Site <br />owned by the City of Redwood City to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto respectively, such <br />deeds, agreements, or other documents (in form approved by the City Attorney) <br />necessary or appropriate to effectuate said transfer of title. <br /> <br /> 4.
