Signatory Requirements. <br />Baseline and Monitoring Reports, 90 Day Compliance <br />Reports, and Periodic Reports on Continued Compliance <br />(as said reports are defined and described in <br />Subdivisions (b) , ( d) and (e) of Section 403.12 of <br />Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations), and such other <br />reports as may be specified by Authority's Manager, <br />shall be signed by an authorized representative of the <br />industrial User, or other User or other Person required <br />to submit such report. An authorized representative <br />may be: <br /> (1) A principal executive officer of at least the <br /> level of vice president, if the industrial <br /> User, other User or other Person submitting <br /> such report is a corporation; <br /> (2) A general partner or proprietor if the <br /> industrial User, other User, or other Person <br /> submitting such report is a partnership or <br /> sole proprietorship, respectively; or <br /> (3) A duly authorized representative of the <br /> individual designated in (1) or (2) above, if <br /> such representative is responsible for the <br /> overall operation of the facility with <br /> respect to which such report pertains. <br /> "Section 27.30.4.
