<br /> DES:dft 12/17/90 (028/8) <br /> DES:dft 6/11/93R (016/11) <br /> 6/24/93R <br /> 7/22/93R <br />under this Chapter, Authority's Regulations, or <br />otherwise required by regulations implementive thereof, <br />shall, unless otherwise specified by Authority's <br />Manager, include the following certification of the <br />signatory thereto: <br /> , I certify under penalty of law that this document <br />and all attachments were prepared under my direction or <br />supervision in accordance with a system designed to <br />assure that qualified personnel properly gathered and <br />evaluated the information submitted. Based on my <br />inquiry of the person or persons directly responsible <br />for gathering the information, or the person or persons <br />who has or have knowledge of the substance of the <br />information, the information submitted is, to the best <br />of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate and <br />complete. I am aware that there are significant <br />penalties for submitting false information, including <br />the possibility of a fine and imprisonment for knowing <br />violations. , <br /> "Section 27.31. Wastewater Discharge Permits. <br /> "Section 27.31.1. Mandatory Wastewater Discharge <br />Permits. No Significant Industrial User shall connect <br />to, or discharge Waste or Wastewater into, the Sewerage <br />Facilities without first obtaining a Wastewater <br />discharge permit therefor. No Significant Industrial <br />User, or other User discharging, or proposing to <br />discharge Wastewater having characteristics or <br />quantities equivalent to that of a Significant <br />Industrial User whose Premises are connected to the <br />Sewerage Facilities upon the effective date of these <br />regulations shall discharge Wastewater into the <br />Sewerage Facilities on or after 90 days after such <br />effective date without a Wastewater discharge permit <br />therefor. <br /> 24 <br />
