Description
ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 27 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND ADDING CHAPTER 27 TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF SANITARY SEWERAGE AND STORM WATER DRAINAGE FACILITIES THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, as amended, entitled "Sanitary Sewerage and Storm Water Drainage Facilities", is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. Chapter 27 is hereby added to the Code of the City of Redwood City to read as follows: "CHAPTER 27

<br /> DES:dft 12/17/90 (028/8) <br /> DES:dft 6/11/93R (016/11) <br /> 6/24/93R <br /> 7/22/93R <br /> and/or operation and maintenance in order to meet <br /> Categorical Standards and the shortest schedule by <br /> which the applicant will provide such additional <br /> Pretreatment and/or operation and maintenance (the <br /> completion date in said schedule shall not be <br /> later than the compliance date established for any <br /> applicable Categorical Standard); <br />(m) Such other information deemed necessary by <br /> Authority's Manager to determine the effect upon <br /> the Sewerage Facilities of the proposed discharge <br /> or activities related thereto, or otherwise <br /> reasonably necessary to enable Authority's Manager <br /> or the City's Director, to carry out the <br /> provisions of these regulations, or any other <br /> Requirements of Law. <br /> "Section 27.31.4. Applications for Discretionary <br />Wastewater Discharge Permits. Applications for <br />Wastewater discharge permits which may be issued <br />pursuant to Section 27.10(b), Section 27.11, Section <br />27.14 and Section 27.31.2, shall be made to Authority's <br />Manager in writing in such form as Authority's Manager <br />shall require and shall set forth the following: <br />(a) The name and address of the applicant/User and the <br /> business name (if applicable) or other designation <br /> by which the Premises or facility located thereon <br /> to which the application pertains is known, the <br /> address of said Premises or facility (if different <br /> than the name and address of the applicant), and <br /> the name or names of the manager or other person <br /> in charge of said facility or Premises; <br />(b) The time and duration of the proposed Wastewater <br /> discharge; <br />(c) A description of the activities, facilities, or <br /> other operations pertaining to the proposed <br /> discharge including, but not necessarily limited <br /> to, types of materials which are or could be <br /> discharged into the Sewerage Facilities; <br />(d) Such other information deemed necessary by <br /> Authority's Manager to determine the effect upon <br /> the Sewerage Facilities of the proposed discharge <br /> or activities related thereto, or otherwise <br /> reasonably necessary to enable Authority's Manager <br /> 27 <br />
