Issuance. Upon evaluation and <br />approval of all pertinent data and information, <br />Authority's Manager shall issue a Wastewater discharge <br />permit, subject to the consent of City's Director, and <br />further subject to terms and conditions required or <br />authorized under the provisions of this Chapter or <br />Authority's Regulations, and deemed necessary or <br />appropriate by Authority's Manager or City's Director, <br />as the case may be, to carry out the purposes and <br />intent of this Chapter or Authority's Regulations. <br /> "Section 27.31.7. Permit Conditions. General. <br />Wastewater discharge permits authorized under this <br />Chapter and Authority's Regulations shall be subject to <br />all applicable provisions and requirements thereof, <br />this Chapter, and to all other applicable Requirements <br />of Law. <br /> "Section 27.31.8.
