The User shall <br />provide sufficient space, as determined by Authority's <br />Manager, at or near such equipment or facilities so as <br />to allow ready and accurate monitoring, sampling, and <br />compositing of samples for analysis. Such equipment <br />and facilities, and the sampling and measuring <br />equipment to be maintained and operated in connection <br />therewith, shall be so maintained and operated at all <br />times in a safe and proper condition, by and at the <br />expense of the User. <br /> Monitoring, sampling or metering equipment or <br />facilities to be furnished pursuant to the provisions <br />of this Section shall be provided in accordance with <br />all reasonable requirements of Authority's Manager <br />relating thereto, and all applicable construction <br />standards and specifications of the City.
