Registration of Business. No <br />Person shall carryon or engage in the business of the <br />cleaning of chemical toilets or engage in the business <br />of disposing of the contents thereof in this City <br />without a valid registration issued by the Health <br />Department. <br /> "Section 27.73. Registration of Employees. No <br />Person shall clean chemical toilets or dispose of, or <br />aid in the disposal of the contents thereof, for any <br />person engaged in the business of cleaning chemical <br />toilets or disposing of the contents thereof who has <br />not been issued a valid registration by the Health <br />Department. <br /> "Section 27.74. Application For Registration. <br />All applications for registration under this Section <br />shall be filed with the Health Department. The <br />application shall contain the following information: <br />(a) The full name(s) of the applicant, if the <br /> applicant(s) is or are individual(s), and the full <br /> name(s) of all partners, if the applicant is an <br /> partnership, or the full names of the principal(s) <br /> officer(s) of the corporation if the applicant is <br /> a corporation. <br />(b) The relationship or capacity of the person who <br /> signs the application to the applicant if the <br /> registration is not for an individual. <br /> 53 <br />
