Description
ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 27 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND ADDING CHAPTER 27 TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF SANITARY SEWERAGE AND STORM WATER DRAINAGE FACILITIES THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, as amended, entitled "Sanitary Sewerage and Storm Water Drainage Facilities", is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. Chapter 27 is hereby added to the Code of the City of Redwood City to read as follows: "CHAPTER 27

Food establishments where food is <br />prepared and served on the Premises and other <br />similar classes of use: <br /> <br />(i) Minimum monthly rate, effective September 26, <br />1993 - $16.11, <br /> <br />Plus an additional monthly charge of $3.32 per 100 <br />cubic feet of Waste or Wastewater discharged or <br />deposited into the Sewerage Facilities in excess <br />of 1,000 cubic feet. <br /> <br />(ii) Hinimum monthly rate, effective July 1, 1994 <br />- $16.92, <br /> <br />Plus an additional monthly charge of $3.48 per 100 <br />cubic feet of Waste or Wastewater discharged or <br />deposited into the Sewerage Facilities in excess <br />of 1,000 cubic feet. <br /> <br />(4) Supermarkets. Markets with garbage grinders or <br />other mechanical disposal systems in other similar <br />classes of use: <br /> <br />(i) Minimum monthly rate, effective September 26, <br />1993 - $16.11, <br /> <br />Plus an additional monthly charge of $3.29 per 100 <br />cubic feet of Waste or Wastewater discharged or <br />deposited into the Sewerage Facilities in excess <br />of 1,000 cubic feet. <br /> <br />(ii) Minimum monthly rate, effective July 1, 1994 <br />- $16.92, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />60 <br />
