Description
ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 27 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND ADDING CHAPTER 27 TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF SANITARY SEWERAGE AND STORM WATER DRAINAGE FACILITIES THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, as amended, entitled "Sanitary Sewerage and Storm Water Drainage Facilities", is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. Chapter 27 is hereby added to the Code of the City of Redwood City to read as follows: "CHAPTER 27

All establishments used <br /> for institutional purposes, both private and <br /> public, including schools, colleges, rest homes, <br /> clubs, public buildings, lodges and other similar <br /> classes of use: <br /> (i) Minimum monthly rate, effective September 26, <br /> 1993 - $16.11, <br /> Plus an additional monthly charge of $1.92 per 100 <br /> cubic feet of Waste or Wastewater discharged or <br /> deposited into the Sewerage Facilities in excess <br /> of 1,000 cubic feet. <br /> (ii) Minimum monthly rate, effective July 1, 1994 <br /> - $16.92, <br /> Plus an additional monthly charge of $2.01 per 100 <br /> cubic feet of Waste or Wastewater discharged or <br /> deposited into the Sewerage Facilities in excess <br /> of 1,000 cubic feet. <br /> (6) Hospitals. All institutions where the sick or <br /> injured are given medical or surgical care: <br /> (i) Minimum monthly rate, effective September 26, <br /> 1993 - $16.11, <br /> Plus an additional monthly charge of $2.05 per 100 <br /> cubic feet of Waste or Wastewater discharged or <br /> deposited into the Sewerage Facilities in excess <br /> of 1,000 cubic feet. <br /> (ii) Minimum monthly rate, effective July 1, 1994 <br /> - $16.92, <br /> Plus an additional monthly charge of $2.15 per 100 <br /> cubic feet of Waste or Wastewater discharged or <br /> deposited into the Sewerage Facilities in excess <br /> of 1,000 cubic feet. <br /> (7) Industrial. All establishments used for <br /> industrial purposes including, but not limited to, <br /> manufacturing plants, processing plants, <br /> producers, laundries, photo processors, electric <br /> service institutions, packagers and other similar <br /> classes of use: <br /> (i) Minimum monthly rate, effective September 26, <br /> 1993 - $16.11, <br /> 61 <br />
