Description
ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 27 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND ADDING CHAPTER 27 TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF SANITARY SEWERAGE AND STORM WATER DRAINAGE FACILITIES THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, as amended, entitled "Sanitary Sewerage and Storm Water Drainage Facilities", is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. Chapter 27 is hereby added to the Code of the City of Redwood City to read as follows: "CHAPTER 27

<br /> DES:dft 12/17/90 (028/8) <br /> DES:dft 6/l1/93R (016/11) <br /> 6/24/93R <br /> 7/22/93R <br /> hearing on the appeal shall be given in the manner <br /> specified for hearings under Section 27.129.1 and shall <br /> include notice of the appellant's right to preparation <br /> of a transcript of the appeal hearing upon request <br /> therefor and depositing the estimated cost thereof in <br /> the manner provided under Section 27.129.2. <br /> "Section 27.130.3. Procedure. Hearing on the <br /> appeal by Authority's Commission shall be conducted in <br /> the manner provided for enforcement hearings specified <br /> in Section 27.129.2, including, without limitation, the <br /> provisions relating to preparation of a transcript of <br /> the hearing. <br /> "Section 27.130.4. Decision. Upon conclusion of <br /> the hearing, Authority's Commission may affirm, reverse <br /> or modify the determination of Authority's Manager as <br /> the Commission deems just and equitable, and in <br /> furtherance of the provisions, purposes and intent of <br /> this Chapter. During the pendancy of any such appeal, <br /> the determination of Authority's Manager shall remain <br /> in full force and effect. The determination of <br /> Authority's Commission on the appeal shall be final. <br /> "Section 27.131. Public Nuisance. Any discharge, <br /> or threatened discharge, or any condition which is in <br /> any manner in violation of the provisions of this <br /> Chapter, or of any permit, or any order or directive of <br /> Authority's Manager or City's Director issued or made <br /> pursuant to this Chapter, shall be, and the same is <br /> 87 <br />
