Section 20.166 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 20.166. Fee; Payment In Advance. <br />Parking meter loading zone hoods shall be issued <br />upon payment of a deposit in the amount of fifteen <br />dollar ($15), which shall be refunded upon return of <br />the hood, plus a monthly fee of fifteen dollars ($15) <br />or an annual fee, valid for twelve (12 ) consecutive <br />months, of one hundred sixty five dollars ($165)." <br />SECTION 3. Section 20.171 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 20.171. Same - Same - Conditions <br />prerequisite. <br />A permit to use parking meter courtesy hoods shall <br />be issued only when all of the following conditions are <br />complied with. <br />(a) An application has been submitted for a <br />minimum of fifteen (15) meters for a minimum time <br />period of one day. The application shall be for all <br />meters in the area to be hooded. <br />(b) The applicant has paid, in advance three <br />dollars ($3) per day per meter hood issued to the <br />applicant. No portion of the amount is refundable. <br />(c) The applicant has deposited the sum of ten <br />dollars ($10) for each meter to be hooded to insure <br /> 2 2073 <br />- - <br />
