No portion of the amount deposited shall be <br />refunded if any courtesy hood remains on a meter after <br />that time but shall otherwise be refunded." <br />SECTION 4. Section 20.181 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 20.181. Conditions prerequisite to <br />insurance of hoods. <br /> Parking meter construction zone hoods shall be <br />issued upon payment of a deposit of ten dollars ($10) <br />per hood issued, refundable upon return of the hoods, <br />and a nonrefundable fee of three dollars ($3) per day <br />per hood issued." <br />SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br />days from the date of its adoption; provided, that the provisions <br />hereof shall be operative retroactively from and after <br />November 1, 1993. <br /> * ,~ * <br /> 3 2073 <br />- - <br />
