ORDINANCE NO. 2090 ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 27A TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND DISCHARGE CONTROL PROGRAM THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Chapter 27A is hereby added to the Code of the City of Redwood City to read as follows: "CHAPTER 27A. "STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND DISCHARGE CONTROL PROGRAM "ARTICLE I. General. "Section 27A.1. Purpose and Intent. The purpose of this Chapter is to ensure the future health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Redwood City

FXS:dft ~/22/94R(030/11) <br /> ~/20/94R <br /> 5/05/95R <br /> <br />project coordinator shall complete the review and issue a <br />written determination within ten (10) days after receipt of <br />the request, unless the Director or his/her designee <br />reasonably extends the time thereof. <br /> <br /> (2) Written Appeal To Director Or His/Her Designee. <br />The stormwater project coordinator's original decision, <br />action of determination, and action taken after review may be <br />appealed to the Director or his/her designee by the <br />discharger affected by filing a written appeal with the <br />Director or his/her designee within ten (10) days after the <br />notice of the decision of the stormwater project coordinator. <br />The written appeal shall specify what is being appealed and <br />state all pertinent aspects of the matter. Within thirty <br />(30) days after the written appeal is filed, the Director or <br />his/her designee shall hold a hearing. Notice of the hearing <br />shall be served personally or by registered or certified <br />mail, return receipt requested, at least ten (10) days before <br />the hearing. Service may be made upon any agent or officer <br />of a corporation. <br /> <br /> At the time and place designated in the notice, the <br />Director or his/her designee shall hear and consider all <br />relevant evidence. The hearing shall not be conducted <br />according to the formal rules of evidence. Any relevant <br />evidence shall be admitted if it is the type of evidence on <br />which reasonable persons are accustomed to rely on in the <br />conduct of serious affairs. Hearsay evidence may be used for <br />the purpose of supplementing or explaining any direct <br /> <br /> 24 <br /> <br /> <br />
