ORDINANCE NO. 2090 ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 27A TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND DISCHARGE CONTROL PROGRAM THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Chapter 27A is hereby added to the Code of the City of Redwood City to read as follows: "CHAPTER 27A. "STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND DISCHARGE CONTROL PROGRAM "ARTICLE I. General. "Section 27A.1. Purpose and Intent. The purpose of this Chapter is to ensure the future health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Redwood City

FXS:dft ~/22/94R(030/11) <br /> ~/20/94R <br /> 5/05/95R <br /> <br />evidence, but hearsay evidence shall not be sufficient by <br />itself to support a finding unless it would be admissible <br />over objections in civil actions in courts of competent <br />jurisdiction in this State. The discharger may represent <br />itself or be represented by anyone of its choice. The <br />hearing may be continued from time to time. <br /> <br /> Within ten (10) days after the conclusion of the <br />hearing, the Director or his/her designee shall render a <br />written decision and where applicable an order of abatement. <br />This decision shall set forth the factual findings made by <br />the Director, the conclusion reached, any abatement or <br />adjustment in assessments required and the date by which such <br />abatement shall occur. The decision of the Director or <br />his/her designee is final. <br /> <br /> "Section 27A.28. Fund Established; Use of Fund. A <br />special fund to be known as the Stormwater Special Revenue <br />Fund is hereby established. Commencing on July 1, 1995, all <br />revenues arising from the imposition of the charges and fees <br />authorized under this Chapter shall be deposited in the <br />Stormwater Special Revenue Fund. Prior to July 1, 1995, <br />revenues for the funds from the City Sewer Fund, established <br />under Article X of Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City, shall be used in part for the purpose <br />hereinafter specified. Revenues shall be expended for the <br />purposes hereinafter specified. <br /> <br /> The revenues and sums deposited in the Stormwater <br />Special Revenue Fund shall be used for the maintenance, <br /> <br /> 25 <br /> <br /> <br />
