Notwithstanding the formula <br /> specified in Subsection 27.101.B.2., <br /> above, the amount payable for any <br /> industrial Premises which are used for <br /> the storage or discharge of materials <br /> which will be discharged into the <br /> Sewerage Facilities shall be based upon <br /> the anticipated discharge from the <br /> Premises.
