ORDINANCE NO. 2091 ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TITLE OF CHAPTER 27 AND SECTIONS 27.1, 27.101.B, AND 27.104 OF, DELETING ARTICLE VIII (SECTIONS 27.90-27.94) FROM AND ADDING SECTIONS 27.101.A.3.c AND 27.101.A.3.d TO, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE CHAPTER HEADING, CHAPTER PURPOSE, DELETION OF STORMWATER DRAINAGE PROVISIONS, AND CERTAIN FEES AND CHARGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF SANITARY SEWERAGE FACILITIES, RESPECTIVELY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The title to Chapter 27 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: "CHAPTER 27. "SANITARY SEWERAGE FACILITIES". SECTION 2. FXS:dft 3/09/94R(001/12) <br /> 3/26/94R <br /> 5/04/95R <br /> <br /> the amount of the Facilities Fee and the basis for <br /> establishing said Facilities Fee may be granted by the <br /> Council set forth in an agreement or upon application <br /> of a User, upon the finding by the Council that the <br /> aforesaid Facilities Fee or the basis therefor is not <br /> equitable with respect to a particular Premises or <br /> User. <br /> <br /> 4. Exclusion: The Facilities Fee hereby <br /> established shall not apply to the Premises located <br /> within Redwood City General Improvement District No. <br /> 1-64, a general improvement district duly organized and <br /> existing under the Redwood City General Improvement <br /> District Ordinance (being Ordinance No. 1128, adopted <br /> March 9, 1964, as amended), and all territory annexed <br /> to said District." <br /> <br /> SECTION 7. Section 27.104(7) of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City is amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 27.104. Administrative Charges; Deposits. <br />The following charges, payable as hereinafter provided, are <br />hereby established to defray the costs of processing and <br />issuing permits or performing the services corresponding <br />thereto: <br /> <br /> A. Discharge permits (§§27.10B and 27.11; Article IV, <br /> commencing with §27.30): fees established by Authority; <br /> <br /> B. City's review of discharge permit application in <br /> conjunction with Authority's issuance thereof (§~27.10B and <br /> 27.11; Article IV, commencing with ~27.30): Three Hundred <br /> <br /> Dollars ($300.00) deposit. <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
