DES:djk ~8/30/95 (034/9) <br /> DES:djk_ 9/15/95R <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 10/9/95 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2099 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT <br /> IN A PORTION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; DESIGNATING <br /> SAID DISTRICT AS UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. <br /> 1995-1; DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID DISTRICT; <br /> ESTABLISHING WHAT UTILITY FACILITIES WILL BE MAINTAINED <br /> ABOVE GROUND; AND ESTABLISHING THE TIME BY WHICH POLES <br /> AND OVERHEAD WIRES SHALL BE REMOVED AND UNDERGROUND <br /> SERVICE PROVIDED <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Article II of Chapter <br />11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City (commencing with <br />§11.30), proceedings for the establishment of an underground <br />utility district in a portion of the City of Redwood City were <br />instituted by Resolution No. 12596, adopted August 28, 1995; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 12596 sets forth the purpose of <br />said district, its proposed designation and boundary description, <br />describing what utility facilities, if any, may be maintained <br />above ground, and the time and place for hearing objections to <br />the formation of the proposed district; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was provided by mailing and <br />publication in accordance with Section 11.42 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Monday, September 25, 1995, at 7:30 p.m., or as <br />soon thereafter as the matter could be heard, at the Board of <br />Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall <br />Street, City of Redwood City, California, the following <br />objections were received: <br /> <br /> Oral or Written <br /> <br />Name & Address of Objector Objection Nature of Objection <br /> <br /> (None received) <br /> <br /> <br />
