PD-10305-8 to modify the design and the building area of the office <br />buildings to be constructed in the Project, was superseded on April 18, <br />1989, by Planned Development Permit PD-10302-9 which, among other <br />things, modified the height, area, and location of the office buildings and <br />increased by 575 parking spaces the 3000 parking spaced originally <br />authorized in the Development Agreement for the office buildings; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City approved a tentative subdivision map (TM <br />10803-9) to resubdivide the Property to conform to the revised Planned <br />Development Permit, the final map of which was recorded on July 24, <br />1989, in Book 120 of Maps of the Official Records of San Mateo County at <br />pages 45-48, as the map entitled "Centrum Office Park, being a <br />resubdivision of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 as shown on that certain map entitled <br />'Centrum' recorded in Volume 115 of subdivision maps at pages 22, 23, <br />24, and 25, San Mateo County Records" (the "Resubdivision Map"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a lot line adjustment for Lots 2, 3, 4, and 8 as shown <br />on the Resubdivision Map has been approved by the City and recorded on <br />July 20, 1990, in Book 63 of Parcel maps of the official records of San <br />Mateo County at pages 98-100, as the map entitled "Pamel Map 90-4"; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, Centrum Associates, oracle <br /> Real Estate Corporation, Centrum III Associates, and Centrum Owners <br /> Association entered into an "Amendment to Development A~reement, as <br /> of January 31, 1991, (recorded on February 7, 1991, and filed as <br /> <br /> Or~-00~ 3 <br /> G:/sharecFredwood/counci[ <br /> FXS:rg <br /> 06/04/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
