Document 91013945, Official Records of San Mateo County, California, <br />and approved by Ordinance No. 2031 adopted November 5, 1990), to <br />govern the development of the Property, as described therein, known as <br />the "Centrum Project," located in the City of Redwood City, California, as <br />is more particularly described in the Second Amendment to Development <br />Agreement hereinafter referenced; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Amendment to Development Agreement reflected <br />the change in ownership of the Property, and the revised current <br />Development Plan for the Project, including the increase in parking spaces <br />and change in permitted use approved in the amendments to the Planned <br />Development Permit; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, concurrently herewith, the existing Planned <br />Development Permit (PD-10302-9) is being amended by Planned <br />Development Permit No. PD-10315-5 ("Revised Planned Development <br />Permit") to allow, among other things, the building designated as "Building <br />B" in the Original Development Agreement (currently known as 600 Oracle <br />Parkway) to be developed and used as an office building. According, City <br />and Developer desire to further amend the Existing Development <br />Agreement to: (i) reflect the change in permitted uses set forth in the <br />Revised Planned Development Permit, (ii) require that Developer provide <br />a shuttle service to and from a CalTrain station, (iii) amend certain <br />provisions relating to the payment of costs, fees, and charges for the <br />facilities of certain public improvements, (v) require that Developer <br /> <br /> Ord-005 4 <br /> G :/shared/redwood/council <br /> FXS:rg <br /> O6/O4/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
