.' DES:¢ 05/06/96 ORD-001 <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Section 38.14 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 38.14. FACILITIES FEE. (a) Established. A facilities <br /> fee is hereby established to provide for the use and construction of <br /> existing and future water system capital facilities in accordance with a <br /> capital improvement program duly approved by the City Council. Said fee <br /> shall be collected concurrently with the connection fees specified in <br /> Section 38.10, and shall be in addition to all other fees and charges <br /> specified in this Chapter, or otherwise provided for the use of the City's <br /> water system. <br /> <br /> The amount of the facilities fee, per equivalent dwelling unit ('DUE'; <br /> hereinafter defined), effective corresponding to the date hereinafter <br /> specified, is as follows: <br /> <br /> Effective Date <br /> <br /> 7/1/94 <br /> <br /> Facilitiee $1,787 <br /> Fee, per DUE <br /> <br /> "(b) Dwellin,q Unit Equivalent.
