DES: 05/06/96 ORD-001 <br /> <br /> by the Public Works Services Director. The fee hereinabove specified <br /> shall be payable for residential use structures based upon the number of <br /> dwelling units therein, irrespective of the number of meters through which <br /> water service is provided to such units. Calculations of the amount <br /> payable for commercial, industrial, or other-use structures shall be based <br /> upon the aforesaid dwelling unit equivalent standard with reference to <br /> average consumption pertaining to such uses, likewise determined by said <br /> Director. <br /> <br /> "(c) Exclusion. The facilities fee hereby established shall not <br /> apply to premises located within Area 3." <br /> <br /> SECTION 3.
