Description
ORDINANCE NO ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TIME BY WHICH POLES AND OVERHEAD WIRES SHALL BE REMOVED AND UNDERGROUND SERVICE PROVIDED WITHIN UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1994-1; AND ESTABLISHING THE USE OF UNDERGROUND CONVERSION ALLOCATION FOR UNDERGROUNDING UTILITIES FOR CERTAIN RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES THEREIN PURSUANT TO DECISION BY THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

computed pursuant to decision of the Public Utilities Commission of the State of <br />California for the purpose of providing to each single-family dwelling unit in <br />Underground Utility District 1994-1 a maximum of 100 feet of individual electric <br />service trenching and conductors (including backfill, paving, and conduit to the <br />extent required. Each other serving utility shall provide service trenching and <br />conductors in accordance with its tariffs on file with the California Public Utilities <br />Commission or as required by its Franchise Agreement with the City. Each <br />property owner within Underground Utility District 1994-1 shall be responsible for <br />the installation and maintenance of the conduit and termination box located on, <br />under, or within any structure on the premises served." <br /> <br /> Section 4. The City Clerk shall give notice of the adoption of this <br />ordinance as provided by Section 11.47 of the Code of the City of Redwood City <br />and shall accompany said notice with a copy of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
