43.5 Harmful Matter to Minors <br /> <br /> No Harmful Matter shall be displayed on or in any Newsrack located in a public <br /> <br /> place, other than a public place from which minors are excluded, unless blinder racks <br /> or similar opaque coverings are placed in front of the Matter so that the lower two- <br /> thirds (2~3) of the Matter is not exposed to view. <br /> <br />43,6 ' ' · <br /> <br /> Any person desiring to place, install or maintain a Newsrack on, within, or <br />projecting into any Public Right-of-Way or Public Property under the jurisdiction of the <br />City, shall first submit an application to the Building Inspector on a form provided by <br />the Building Inspector and which shall include the followinG: <br /> <br /> (1) The name, business name, street address, telephone number and <br />facsimile number of the Applicant; <br /> <br /> (2) The name, street address, and telephone number of a distributor or <br />other responsible person whom the City may notify or contact at any time concerning <br />the Applicant's Newsrack; <br /> <br /> (3) The number of Newsracks applied for and the exact proposed location <br />of each; <br /> (4) Verification of current City business license; <br /> (5) The type of Newsrack and, if the Newsrack is not of the standard <br /> <br />specified in Section 43.8(a), a description thereof, including photographs and/or <br />drawings if required by the Building Inspector. <br /> <br /> (6) A description of any Modular Newsrack and the number of publication <br />spaces it will contain; <br /> <br />43.7 Issuance of Permit: Ex=iration: Non-transferability <br /> <br />7/2/97 6 <br />7/9/97R <br />7/16/97R <br /> <br /> <br />
