h. Each person executing this Agreement represents <br />that such person has the legal capacity to sign the Agreement in <br />the capacity in which such person signs and to agree to the terms <br />hereof. <br /> <br /> i. It is the intention of the Parties that the <br />Recitals contained herein be incorporated fully into the entire <br />Agreement as set forth herein. <br /> <br /> j. The paragraph headings in this Agreement are for <br />convenience only and shall not be deemed to be part of this <br />Agreement or construed in interpreting this Agreement. <br /> <br /> k.
