This Council finds as follows: <br /> <br /> A. Pursuant to Resolution No. 12023 adopted July 26, 1993, <br /> <br /> by this Council, the Lido Neighborhood Specific Plan (the <br /> "Specific Plan") was adopted; <br /> <br /> B. Pursuant to Ordinance No. 1130-289 adopted August 16, <br /> 1993, by this Council, the area within the Specific Plan was <br /> rezoned from the '"I'P" ('q'idal Plain") Zoning District <br /> Classification to the "R-1 ," "R-2," "R-3," "CG," "PF," and 'q'P- <br /> W" Zoning District Classifications; <br /> <br /> C. Section 15.2 of Ordinance No. 1130, as amended, the <br /> Redwood City Zoning Ordinance (the "Zon. Ord.") permits, <br /> within the CG ("General Commercial") Zoning District <br /> Classification, among other uses, business or professional <br /> offices, and parking lots and garages.
