adjacent to any curb painted red, as so designated by the <br /> City manager in any off-street parking facility described in <br /> Section 20.184, or in any turn-around circle or other traffic <br /> circulation portion of said facility so designated." <br /> <br /> Section 3. Section 20.189 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 20.189. <br /> <br /> A. It shall be the duty of each police officer or parking <br /> enforcement deputy to take the designated name or <br /> description of the regulated unmetered parking facility at <br /> which any vehicle is parked in violation of Section 20.186; <br /> the state vehicle license of such vehicle; the time and date <br /> of such parking; and the make of such vehicle; and issue, in <br /> writing, a notice to appear (citation) for illegal parking in the <br /> same form and subject to the same procedures provided by <br /> the laws of the State applicable to traffic violations within the <br /> City." <br /> <br /> Section 4.
