Section 18.242 UNDERGROUND UTILITIES: Upon the construction of a New <br />Commercial Building, the electrical, telephone, and Cable TV lines shall be installed <br />underground along the Street Frontage as well as on the Subject Property. Upon the <br />remodeling of a Commercial Building, the estimated cost of which exceeds $100,000, <br />as determined by the Building Official, the electrical, telephone, and Cable TV lines <br />shall be installed underground along the frontage as well as on the Subject Property. <br /> <br /> Section 18.243 PERMITS REQUIRED: Any work performed in the public right- <br />of-way due to this Ordinance will require that a permit be issued by Engineering and <br />Construction. Plans for the improvements must be submitted and approved by the City <br />before the permit is issued." <br /> <br /> Section 2.
